Playing Catch Up..Join Me, Won't You?

Aside from David taking over the internet this week, I got busy trying to get the kids rooms organized. We're moving Ethan into Claire's room because Claire's room is the biggest, and when Grayson is ready to make the move, we'll be putting him in with Ethan. Claire will go into Ethan's room. I still managed to take pictures, so Here they are!Claire and mommy. My hair looks AWESOME!They were spinning. I had to make them stop so I could get the picture, which prompted Teddy to come running over. He though Claire had food.Grayson's first time in the jumperoo. He was laughing and happy, and then he bounced his toe on the floor, which made the whole thing bounced. He got scared. Crying followed.

Claire's birthday present. Her birthday isn't until April 14 (she'll be 2) but we got it on sale, so I put it together early just in case we needed to take it back at all..You know, in case anything was broken or missing. It's now hidden in our closet.Three days later. It's complete!

More Late Pictures...Thanks To The Hubby!

More late pictures. Hubby has been taking over the net. He's out to a movie with his friend tonight, so I get to post! WOO HOO!!
Claire thinks Peek A Boo is REALLY funny. I caught her coming around the side of the chair to say BOO!Claire, checking to see if there's anything shiny in my cookware drawer. There isn't. She taken it all. I don't think I'll be seeing any of it again. I've been catching her trying to sneak away with the silverware.
Meet Claire's new lovey..The toothbrush. When my MIL was in town visiting, she bought a pack a toothbrushes. Claire found the purple one a couple of days ago. They have been one ever since. She reads to it. She talks to it. She sleeps with it. It's odd.

4 New Pictures..Woo Hoo!

Well, our internet went out one night, then I got a tummy bug (thankfully no one else did) and then oh dear hubby o' mine took up the internet to play video games with his friends. I really hate that. So, here's the pictures I missed!
An icicle that's hanging off our roof over the back door. I liked how the flash caught the bottom of it and made it look like some kind of magic wand.

Claire found the 3-D glasses that David got when he saw avatar and tried them on. Then, she put Elmo on the table and tried putting them on him. She offered them to me when she saw me taking her picture.

My handsome little man..He kept trying to grab the camera. I wanted a picture of his little fingers reaching for me, but he always moved when I tried to get it.

And, finally, my Claire bear. I love how muddy her eyes look. She's precious.

The Best Nap EVER!

Actually, come to think of it, I do believe that this is the only GOOD nap that Grayson has REALLY taken since 3 weeks of age. That's about the time the reflux started, which caused the crying, which caused me to bounce, sway, rock and try to figure out what was wrong with him. He's taken maybe 3 very short lived naps since then. Tonight, while I was making dinner, he was hanging out in the bouncy chair in the kitchen. He looked tired. I turned on the fan over the stove so if the pan from the chicken started to smoke it wouldn't smoke up the house. As soon as I turned the fan on, I looked over and noticed it was lulling him to sleep. After about 5 minutes, he was totally out! The exhaust fan is a super white noise maker! He did the startled arms up thing babies do when Claire screeched during dinner, but other than that, he slept right through. I was able to actually make and enjoy a meal without him crying or having to nurse him through dinner! YAY!!

Two Pictures Today Since I Missed Yesterday!

Tomorrow is the 100th day of school. Ethan needs to take 100 pennies and a project. That is the work in progress. Hopefully the glue holds. He insisted on using glitter glue. I guess we'll find out when he picks it up to take it to school tomorrow!And here's Claire. She's watching Celebrity Lullabies with Elmo and Ricky Gervais. It was on Sesame Street about a week ago. She thought it was hysterical. We've been watching repeats on You Tube. The screen is all yucky because she likes to give Elmo kisses. It's great fun.

Dancing With My Daddy

David bought a CD that has our wedding song on it. We had it, but for some odd reason, a whole bunch of our CD's just went missing. We have no idea why or where they went. David purchased a new one, and played it this afternoon. Claire was in the middle of "sweeping" the kitchen floor, and when the music came on, she dropped everything and ran to dance. She and David danced it up in the kitchen. She's so cute!
